Great beds. Couple of suggestions… the large plates don’t fit in the dishwasher which was annoying. Also, buy some cheap coasters at Kmart for lounge and bedside cabinets. Retirees often take a glass of water to bedroom in evenings. We cleaned inside the coffee cups as they had brown stains-maybe check them a bit more often. Otherwise, super clean and tidy. It was truly a home away from home with all the amenities one could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shower and a beautifully landscaped charming outdoor space. Perfect for a couple or even for a small family. The place was so quiet. You could only hear the birds which was lovely, and to our delight we had regular visits from a couple of Tūīs during our stay. Kaiteriteri is only a few minutes drive away, so it’s a perfect base to access the Abel Tasman National Park. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

3 was incredible. We had to be out of our home due to a house fire and found this cute little holiday home where we were able to stay with our dogs. The home is very well presented, has modern appliances and a very cosy, home away from home feel. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay for such a long period.

Perfect for our family including our two dogs. We loved Stephens Bay and really close to Kaiteriteri beach as well. Clean, extremely well equipped and a beautiful little outdoor area where we had a BBQ each night. We will definitely be coming back!

It’s self contained, 2 bedroom and has everything necessary for a short stay - washing machine, dishwasher, small cooktop, microwave, barbecue. Everything looks brand new, clean and fresh. Spotless. Furnishings are stylish. The sitting room opens onto a courtyard which is pleasant for outdoor dining or reading. It’s only just a short drive up the hill from the beach and short walk down to Stephens Beach. Access on arrival was easy and service from local management was excellent. Happy to recommend.

The property
No. 3 is a modern and stylish holiday cottage with Wi-Fi in Stephens Bay enjoying all day sun. This 2-bedroom cottage is in a dream location, being less than 100 meters from the sparkling blue waters at Stephens Bay. After a morning dip and rinse off under the outdoor shower, sip a morning coffee on the sunny deck. No. 3 sleeps four guests in two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the second with two king singles that can be zipped together to create a second king bed if required. Relax and switch into holiday mode with all the mod-cons you could desire! The cottage has a 2-burner gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A Freeview TV and WiFi are provided to keep your group entertained. Time to head out and explore! “Stephens Bay Walk” starts at the reserve and goes through to the far end of Little Kaiteriteri beach, and across to Kaiteriteri itself. On the way, is the hidden treasure of Dummy Bay! In addition to coastal walks and safe swimming beaches, the very popular Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park is less than 1km away and is a must-do for recreational and more adventurous MTB riders. Located at the Southern end of Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri is known for its golden sandy beach, making it the perfect place to relax and put your feet up any time of the year. It's also a great place to catch a water taxi out to the Abel Tasman National Park for a day hike.
