Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

As the property has unfenced access to a creek, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

    “The home interior was clean enough and everything worked properly.”

    The exterior however had many cobwebs on the windows and bird droppings and the dryer lint screen doesn't seem to have be cleaned in a year. Serving and cookware was well-stocked. Actual property manager was slow in responding to requests and there could be better communication with that. Most rentals we have stayed, the property manager responds within an hour if not sooner and provides an ETA of when the issue will be resolved. Amenities that are provided can be checked by the property manager ...

Someone should go through and throw out any old or empty containers in the pantry and fridge. One night we had 20+ mosquitos in the bedroom and the windows were closed. We asked about this and the property manager never got back to us about that. Overall it is a quiet neighborhood but neighbors did cross thru the yard next to the master bedroom.
