“Great holiday home although needs a bit of work put into it.”
Both decks back and front need repairs as they are extremely unsafe, a family member actually put foot through as wood gave way and had to repair. House needed pest spray huge amount of flies despite all the sprays going and son was bitten by white tail and saw few more during our stay. Was disappointed lawns weren't mowed before our arrival as encouraged bees and we had young children staying. We also had to repair the wooden outdoor furniture as unstable and falling apart. This is our third ...

Was disappointed lawns weren't mowed before our arrival as encouraged bees and we had young children staying. We also had to repair the wooden outdoor furniture as unstable and falling apart. This is our third time staying at this property and noticed place going down dramatically. Cleaning fee very excessive for what we recieved, we left the place cleaner than when we arrived which is disappointing. Still love the location and great beach especially for the young ones. Well equipped with kitchen equipment and blankets.

Tracy “Location was great despite weather.”
Beds were comfortable. The cleaning charge was hugely excessive since it definitely wasn't clean and smelt mouldy. There was even a used covid test in the garden.

Beds are comfortable and plenty of off-street parking. A great spot to stay!!

You can literally go for a swim at the bottom of the garden and the surf beach is only a few minutes drive away. The property was great value and while not modern luxury it was more than comfortable. Highly recommended.

House a true Kiwi Bach - so don’t expect the luxuries of a hotel, but clean and warm with all you need amenity wise just down the road.

Family bbq, ocean sounds and sunset upon the deck is an unforgettable memory we take from here. We found the location was amazing, the home itself is very accommodating and very homely. Our holiday manager Jesse is an incredibly amazing guy and even had also amazing company from the local dog Bishop. A must visit to all.

The access to the beach was second to none. Although this is not an upmarket place to stay, it had everything we needed to make a fabulous holiday. Plenty of room for the boat and we all had a ball.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Manaia View Bach is a 4 bedroom plus sleepout beachfront One Tree Point bach. This traditional kiwi bach enjoys a prime position just 40 steps to the waters edge! This low key One Tree Point bach includes cosy open plan living that flows onto the sheltered deck... This is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the sunshine with peaceful views! There are 4 bedrooms plus a sleepout at this One Tree Point accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with a single bed & a trundler, and bedroom 3 includes a double bunk set. Bedroom 4 opens onto the deck for easy summer stays and is fitted with a queen bed. Located off the laundry, the sleepout is fitted with 2 single beds. When you are not enjoying BBQ's on the deck, stroll to the beach for safe swimming... This One Tree Point bach is a great set up for an extended family group to enjoy a casual beach break less than a 2 hour drive north of Auckland!
