Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Brow Peak View is a cosy, sunny holiday home- the perfect place for a relaxing or active holiday (or a bit of both) in Arrowtown. Set in an ideal location, it's a short walk to historic Arrowtown’s main shopping and eating street, and an easy connection to the stunning Arrow River walk and cycle tracks. A local Four Square minimarket, the town swimming pool and bowling green, and multiple playgrounds are all minutes’ walk away. Proximity to multiple ski fields, world-class golf courses, and stunning lakes and cycle tracks makes it the ideal location for golfers, cyclists, runners, walkers, and skiers. Equally, the lovely garden and cosy conservatory, along with the fireplace in wintertime, make it the perfect place for anyone wanting to read, relax, and enjoy the surrounding views. It is a 20-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 25 minutes to Queenstown CBD. Coronet Peak access road is 15 minutes away. Whether you are after rest and relaxation or action and adventure, this Arrowtown haven is an ideal spot for your next escape. Brow Peak View awaits!

Sleepout is newly built in 2025. Some landscaping to be completed. Property is not currently fully fenced.

Please note the sleepout is accessed externally. It features a queen bedroom with an adjoining bathroom/laundry. The Sleepout also has an additional single bedroom available upon request.

Path is slippery during winter as there is ice form in the surface. Please take extra care.
