Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Skyline Outlook is a 5 bedroom holiday home in Wanaka, with Wifi. Perfectly positioned next to Lake Wanaka, with views of the mountain ranges from nearly every room, this modern escape is an ideal option for your next break away! This multi level home includes well appointed open plan living as you enter the home on the upper level and 5 spacious bedrooms, with everything you need on hand for a comfortable stay. Unwind indoors where it is warm, or enjoy the seamless indoor/outdoor flow onto the large sun filled deck in the warmer months. This is an excellent spot to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there are a number of activities to keep you busy in the area including mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, and fishing all within a few minutes drive. For day trips, head to one of the local vineyards for some wine tasting or Queenstown is just an hour away where more adventure awaits. Skyline Outlook welcomes you for an amazing Southern Lakes escape!
Please note that the shared driveway is very steep, and care should be taken.
Please note there is construction of a house next door to the property. We don't anticipate this will impact your stay, but views of the lake are obscured.
There is off-street parking available for one car maximum on the bay at the end of the driveway, where two vehicles can be parked, but as this bay is shared with another property, only one spot on the bay is to be used.
Guests with a third vehicle are asked to please park on the on-street parking available. Garage is not to be used by guests.
Sky TV (Basic) can be available but the reception is intermittent only.
Please note the fire place is out of use, however there are heat pumps available throughout the property during the colder months.
Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Couldn’t find a remote for the downstairs TV. Everything else was perfect and is a magnificent house. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
