Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Sleeping arrangements are well suited for a variety of group sizes. Bedroom one features a king bed and opens directly onto the sheltered deck and spa area, creating the perfect place to wake up to peaceful lake views. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, while three sofa beds provide extra flexibility for additional guests. With WiFi, linen, and cleaning included in the nightly rate, everything has been taken care of so you can simply arrive and relax. Please note: Lake Rotoehu is not suitable for swimming during certain periods of the year. Water quality in the Rotorua Te Arawa lakes is monitored all year round. If levels of toxic algae are too high a health warning will be issued by the Rotorua Lakes Programme. About the location
Just a 35 minute drive from Rotorua will take you to the peaceful and secluded Lake Rotoehu. This lake is known for it's fishing and picturesque landscape, making it a perfect option for a relaxing and refreshing break. Near the Southeastern part of the lake lies the Waitangi Soda Springs, a natural hot pool perfect for unwinding. “The perfect Lakeside batch.”
New modern interior fully equipped. Large traditional exterior with comprehensive covered decks and gardens running down to the lake and jetty. Excellent Wi-Fi and spa worked a treat. No cell phone reception, but a landline is included. Video system needs AAA batteries for the remotes, but connects well via HDMI to a computer. Note to batch manager. Wi-Fi has been reset to the factory settings on the router - information on the back of the router. The covered deck area has a blockage by ...

This is a design fault and will need regular cleaning out.
