Bob's Bach is a 3 bedroom traditional Mt Maunganui bach. This sunny retro bach is situated between the famous main surf beach and Pilot Bay harbour, offering the perfect spot for a welcome break! This Mt Maunganui bach includes relaxed open plan living, fitted out in the original 1960s style and furnishings. Stay cosy indoors, soak up the sun from the sun room, or enjoy the generous section for family BBQ's and games in the sun. Bedroom 1 at this Mt Maungnui accommodation is fitted with a queen bed plus a single bed, while bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds. There is 1 full bathroom, plus a second toilet at Bob's Bach. For days outdoors, take a 2 minute stroll down to Pilot Bay and watch the cruiseliners depart the port. The calm waters here are ideal for children... A 2 minute walk in the other direction take you to the Mount Main Beach. Equally handy are the shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants, as well as the hot pool and the Mount itself! Everything you need for an easy beach getaway is on hand... The welcoming feeling of this genuine kiwi bach will leave your refreshed and relaxed. Welcome to Bob's Bach!

“Bobs Batch is the best to bring back all those childhood memories being a kid from the 70s love how close everything is & the size of the lawn as we are family of 7 all with our cars.”

Throughly enjoined being able to catch up with my local friends, walk & relax. With one of the best views of Mt Maunganui. We will definitely be back & make this a memorable moment again x

Comfortably slept two families with young kids. Appreciated there being washing powder for the washing machine and other cleaning supplies as well as a few left over kitchen supplies. The location and backyard of the property is amazing, love not having to get back in the car. Thanks very much for having us, we hope to be back.

“We absoultley loved our stay with our family, the children loved the room to run around and play games, I'm glad there was no WiFi, it made our stay more special as we had quality family time spent.”

We love the fact thw batch had everything in keeping with the era, love the batch vibes!! We will be navk with our family again. Please don't sell, we would like to keep coming back for family holidays. Fridge needs new gas, isn't keeping food cold.

“Bobs Bach and a great bach which is in a perfect location where you are close to the beach, mountain, shops and park for the kids.”

Lovely to have such a nice big back lawn for the kids to play and being on a nice quiet street made the stay really enjoyable for the kids to be out the front on their skateboards and bikes. Really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay at Bobs Bach again

The large backyard was great for the kids. The only things we didn't love were the fact that the outside bins were full on arrival and no indoor bin provided. Also the bathroom had a strong damp/mould smell.

Bobs Bach fantastic location with heaps of room inside and out Real retro look and feel Could do with a shower upgrade and maybe a Dishwasher but we ate out most of the time so not really a problem Great having access to garage etc for storing fish gear and surf boards
