“Property was dirty and needed a decent clean .”
Dirty cutlery in cupboards and house smelt . The bbq was covered in grease and was unusable and also needed a thorough clean . Very basic and the absolute bear minimum for the price . We stayed during school holidays and the neighbours directly behind had young kids that were outside screaming and playing on the deck at 7am everyday, which woke our house up every morning because thereâs no air con we had to sleep with windows open . All in all for the price per night ( we stayed for 6 nights ) ...

Found the property to be great for what we were after, was a little disappointed that the pull out couch mattress is covered in plastic which made the bad a uncomfortable and the sheets fall off throughout the night but overall we were all happy and would highly recommend and stay again

But other than that , it was perfect. The below occupants were very welcoming and lovely, the house was tidy and we loved the huge deck area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were very nice and a fan was provided for each room. The bathroom area was huge and we loved it. Also loved that we could use the garage for our cars. Will defiantly be looking to book again. Thank you

It accomodated our whole adult family comfortably had everything in it we could want and more. Beautiful sea views from the house and balcony and being able to walk across the road to the beach was a bonus. Wifi and a hot/cold outdoor shower also perks.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

A Beach Barn Haven is a 3 bedroom plus rumpus room Papamoa holiday home, located right across the road from the beautiful Papamoa Beach! This modern and relaxed holiday base enjoys ocean views and views of Motiti Island... kick back, relax, and soak up the sun! This 2 storey Papamoa holiday home enjoys bright and relaxed open plan living upstairs. With easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the spacious deck with a newly installed louvre roof, this is a great base for a Bay of Plenty getaway in summer or winter time. A rumpus room downstairs ensures everyone has their space, and provides additional sleeping when required. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs at this Papamoa accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a king single bed, and bedroom 3 includes a queen bed. Downstairs, the rumpus room includes a double sofa bed. This is a great option for 8 guests to enjoy a beach break... When you are not unwinding on the deck, there are 2 well maintained beach walkways right across the road, providing access to 17 km's of the most beautiful coastline in New Zealand. Plus, day trips to The Mount are an easy 20 minute drive away! Everything you need for a comfortable break away is on hand at this Papamoa Beach base... welcome to A Beach Barn Haven!
