Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This 2 storey Papamoa holiday home enjoys bright and relaxed open plan living upstairs. With easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the spacious deck with a newly installed louvre roof, this is a great base for a Bay of Plenty getaway in summer or winter time. A rumpus room downstairs ensures everyone has their space, and provides additional sleeping when required. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs at this Papamoa accommodation. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a single bed plus a king single bed, and bedroom 3 includes a queen bed. Downstairs, the rumpus room includes a double sofa bed. This is a great option for 8 guests to enjoy a beach break... When you are not unwinding on the deck, there are 2 well maintained beach walkways right across the road, providing access to 17 km's of the most beautiful coastline in New Zealand. Plus, day trips to The Mount are an easy 20 minute drive away! Everything you need for a comfortable break away is on hand at this Papamoa Beach base... welcome to A Beach Barn Haven!
