“We haven't had the best experience with bachcare this time around.”
location of the home was great, awesome views, and very close to the town centre, and playground for the kids, amenities were great. then we tried to have a shower the first night with no luck (cold water), we contacted the property manager 7.30am next day and she came to turn it on around 8.30am, said it would take an hour to heat up, by 10am it was still cold, we thought it might take a bit longer, we went on about our day, came back and we all really needed to have a shower after a long day out, water was still cold. Contacted property manager again and sister of the owner of the property got involved only to find out the water cylinder had blown, now we were staying here for two nights, checking out 24th Oct, and we've had no hot water at all and that is really unacceptable, we received a call the night before we are due to leave (9pm) to say that an electrician will be called to "fix" the issue, we are checking out tomorrow, there is really no point in letting us know, this by far has been the worst experience we have ever had with any accommodation rental company, and we regularly hire baches, we are trying to request a refund, my emails keep bouncing back for some reason, but when I use a different email to send my feedback they go through (oddly enough), this holiday has been a nightmare with sorting this out back and forth, when it's a holiday and we're meant to be relaxing, we have two young children and this has not been enjoyable experience at all!
