“It would of been nice to have a barbeque, but generally more than happy with the accommodation.”

The location was good and beds were comfortable. We were very fortunate to have this accommodation at short notice after our BNB we had originally booked and paid for when we arrived the whole house was empty of furniture etc on arrival. A BIG shout out and thanks and gratitude to the Customer service team who found this current accommodation for us. We were very greatful for their help and support! Because of this we will be recommending your business :-)

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Complimented by two full-size bathrooms, there’s more than enough room for large groups to stay with ease. Follow the gorgeous timber flooring into the charming kitchen with a centre-island bench. While the separate lounge is well-appointed with comfortable couches, a heat pump and Smart TV and flows through to the dining area. Step out onto the vast decking and breathe in the fresh air. There’s plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket! Situated in the suburb of Russley, you’re just a 10-minute stroll to Crosbie Park and the Avonhead Tennis Club, while Staveley Street shops are just a two-minute drive down the road. Venture into Christchurch Central, just a 15-minute drive away, while you’re a convenient five-minute drive to Christchurch International Airport. Please note as the upstairs balcony has an inadequate barrier and is a slip hazard, it is locked and not to be used by guests.

As there is an unfenced pond in the back garden, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
