    “It is a good property with high ceiling, nice little art deco touch through out.”

    Giving the age of this villa, it has been maintained very well. There is no air conditioning, so was a bit hot through our summer holiday. We had our little fury member of the family with us, the fully fenced courtyard gives us peace of mind to let her explore. Location of the villa is conveniently situated close to the beach side near port Napier. Quiet neighborhood and only few minutes drive to CBD.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This captivating holiday home offers two large bedrooms each with queens. The master offers exclusive access through sliding windows to the terrace balcony, enjoying sun and sea views. The full bathroom has the luxuries of a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. Meanwhile, there is a separate toilet with a hand basin and laundry with a washing machine and tub downstairs for additional convenience. Located in the suburb of Ahuriri, you’re perfectly set amongst all Napier has on offer. Ahuriri village is just a 15-minute stroll away, with its cafes. Meanwhile, you’re just a 25-minute walk from Napier central and Bluff Hill Lookout is within walking distance as well. This luxurious villa is the perfect spot for your next Hawkes Bay Holiday. Please note the upstairs balcony is only accessible from master bedroom and through the windows. These open upwards and are on floor level. All guests should take caution when using the balcony and children should be constantly supervised in this area.
