“There were some general cleanliness issues like a very dirty oven tray, rust stains on floor, under the couch and beds not cleaned, long dangly spider webs etc.”
The house looks a little tired compared to the listing photographs. Great fenced in outdoor space, private, and sunny! Heat pump was great, and the dishwasher nice and quiet. Some water pressure issues with the sleepouts.

Bojana “We loved Kuku villa.”
It was great with the sleepout for our group of 8. Lovely layout, plenty of space , comfortable furnitures, Bit low water pressure but still totally usable. 2 minutes walk to the beach. We definitely will return. Thank you

Small things happened on our stay eg tap in kitchen leaked overnight, shower and toilet in sleep out 1 didn’t have much pressure. Deck by sleepout 2 is weak wouldn’t recommend kids to run on it. But overall a beautiful space for our family to relax and enjoy.

Many of these were dirty and no corkscrew!!! Some showers have limited pressure and space in rooms and bathrooms is not as made to look in profile.

The Cottage was big enough to fit us all and had everything we needed. One thing I’d like to point out was we elected to bring our own bed sheets and towels, when we arrived the beds were already made up with sheets and towels were out for us. When I called Bachcare I was advised to take the sheets and towels away and use our own to avoid additional costs. Other than that we had a great time, many thanks to the owners

We had a lovely stay, everyone was very comfortable. Had everything we needed to get through. Was a chilly weekend but had plenty of heating to keep us warm.

I continue to struggle with the over priced cleaning fee Bachcare charge, filth in main bathroom shower track dead crock roaches under bed in first unit and main bathroom - seemed like they had been there awhile...

Morgan “Loved our stay at Te Awanga in Kuku Villa.”
It had everything we needed for our family holiday, and loved how we all had our own separate spaces with the two outside rooms which had their own bathrooms. The kids loved the little jetty to feed the ducks and eels. Close to great, kid friendly wineries and Cape Kidnappers for the golf lovers. Would love to stay again!

Areas within house very dirty. Furniture in need of repair. Outdoor furniture- some ripped or broken. BBQ old, wheel off. Enjoyed break there and location just disappointed with some aspects.

Gabrielle “Kuku Villa was just lovely.”
The home is tastefully decorated, lots of space for seating inside and out. Kitchen is great and a great supply and variety of crockery etc. Location was great also. The stay was perfect for our girls weekend and we couldn't recommend it more :)
