Overview

Elevated high above Split Apple Rock and Towers Bay, and enjoying a breathtaking panoramic ocean vista, this Kaiteriteri holiday home offers everything you need for a fuss-free escape, where it really is all about the location. Welcome to That View!

This two-bedroom holiday home is furnished with your comfort in mind, while a neutral colour palette highlights the bright blue view out the wide picture windows. Make yourself at home in the cosy open-plan living-dining space, whipping up a snack in the compact, yet well-equipped kitchen.

On a warm summer's day, open up the windows and doors for that all-important indoor-outdoor flow onto the deck, where this home really lives up to its name. Enjoy a cool drink under the shade of the umbrella and admire the view, while your fresh catch sizzles away on the BBQ. Dine indoors, or go alfresco at the picnic table!

When it’s time to unwind at the end of a day exploring this stunning part of New Zealand, there’s a TV with Freeview and a selection of board games on hand to provide the entertainment at your home away from home.

Two-bedrooms comfortably sleep up to five guests here at That View, with the master bedroom enjoying direct access to one of your two outdoor living spaces.

Just like you, your boat will need a place to rest for the night between trips out on the water! There’s space to park your vessel here at That View, still leaving room for the car as well. And when it’s time to head out on an adventure, the Kaiteriteri boat ramp is just a eight-minute drive away.

This private and peaceful holiday home is just a 10-minute walk from the swimming beaches at Split Apple Rock and Towers Bay, and you can even walk to Marahau along the Kohi Walkway! Marahau is also reachable by car in five minutes, with Kaiteriteri an eight-minute drive from your home away from home. Hit the beach, hire kayaks for a paddle, walk a section of the Abel Tasman coastal track, or head out on a guided excursion to some of the secret spots the Abel Tasman National Park has to offer.

For a coastal escape with an unforgettable backdrop, That View awaits!

Excellent place for a stay! This is a quality bach in very good condition. The view is great. It is handy to Kaiteriteri, Marahau, and Split Apple Rock. The Bachcare Manager was helpful and friendly. We stayed in late April and the heating options were more than adequate. We are two adults and three children aged 8, 6, and 2 and they loved it.
