“Furniture very cheap felt like we were in a student flat, bed broke every night son couldn’t move in bed incase it would break again, sheets had stain on them.”

Parking was no existing as one whole side of road shut due to construction. Very noisy so bad we left a night early.

“Very disappointed by our accommodation.”

The house was clean but it was freezing, middle of winter and the air con was broken. The kids bedrooms were freezing and we had to go out and spend $100 at 10pm on electric blankets and other heaters. No extra blankets in the house no rubbish bin or bag liners, broken bathroom heater. And the day of arrival we were notified the washer dryer was broken, one of the main reasons for us booking this place (we were also 3 days late so I don't understand while that wasn't fixed earlier). We left before our stay was over as it was too uncomfortable to be there. What a shame, a new tidy house without the basic necessities
