“Apart from very low lounge seating one of which was damaged on our arrival the holiday accomodation was pretty good.”
One recommendation would be to have a more comprehensive information booklet ie about how to turn underfloor heating on, TV prime etc was only on one TV,maybe stove usage etc,also it would have been lovely to have some kindling chopped and ready for the log burner as the logs were very big to chop into kindling.But we all had a lovely girls weekend.

For the price (which include Bachcare's $285 "cleaning fee" plus booking fee) we found the price on the high side, especially as the $285 cleaning fee is not obvious during the booking process and I only found out after I saw the charge come through. As a minimum to offset this, we believe you should make linen and towels available as part of the fee. The holiday home is advertised as having 6 SMART TV's, of which we only ever found two. The house is warm and inviting, although the layout is a bit confusing initially. One suggestion for those who come over Jacks Pass - the provision of a garden house (even in the garage shed) would be really appreciated to wash the car down from the dust!

.. again. This seems to be the part that is always incorrect. Marcus is however a great ambassador for BachCare and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was really good.

It was the TV in the lounge we found a little difficult to set up. Batchcare local man did a great job and was sorted within the hour. Only thing was forgot to do was log out of Neon. Rang and they said you can do it at home. At this stage we have not been able to found out how. I understand once itâs logged out, it lodges all our accounts out. Trevor. Kids. Cat. Everyone moves the couches thatâs why one leg is broken . Woodburner needs a proper clean, smoking too much . One heat pump not enough for the whole house but otherwise everything you need

What you see in the pictures is what you get very modern and comfy. The fireplace kept us super warm and the bathrooms were really nice. The extra lounge was perfect for our 3 kids to have their own space. Only thing was the lawns were a bit overgrown but it didnât affect our stay at all.

Many homes we have stayed in at Hanmer feel dated and are furnished with cast-offs so it was nice to be in a very modern setting. All the fittings, appliances, beds were great. The only complaint (and it is almost a deal breaker for booking this property again) was the main lounge suite next to the fire. Although it looked quite modern it would have to be the most uncomfortable piece of furniture that I have ever sat on (and the others agreed). Big soft lumpy cushions but when you sit back there is no support. Very odd and a real shame as we wanted to spend lots of time around the fire side. Otherwise a great stay. Hilton

The only thing was the tv in the lounge area couldnât connect to Netflix or YouTube so could only watch TV in the living area. It might need an Ethernet cable instead of wireless? Otherwise we really enjoyed our time away

Plenty of space and nicely laid out. However if you are planning in staying in the coming months be warned houses are being built directly next to the house and the noise of diggers day in day out really grindes you down. Might be best to plan big days out rather than sit at home with all the doors shut to stop noise and dust. Also before you leave home GET HOLD OF BACHCARE and get the lock number for the shed as all the outdoor furniture is inside. We are now home and despite 3 emails and a voicemail they never came back to us.

The house was perfect for us. The house was very warm with the heat pump on when we arrived and everything we needed to light the fire. It was extremely clean and well presented. The couches and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has Netflix

Love the blinds :) And having an extra lounge area was bliss with two 12yr olds...... Going on 20 :) So handy to town, pools and golf course, yet very peaceful. The log fire helps in the winter time Will definitely look to return at some point in the future
