“This home is beautiful!”
The photos do not do it justice. Rooms are large and cozy, can be heated as needed, spacious shared areas that the family just loved together ! Wonderful location, just near the attractions, walking distance from the penguins and downtown tourist area. We absolutely loved this house, you've thought of everything, we appreciate it so much. Would highly recommend stopping in Oamaru for all that it offers, especially to stay in this wonderful home.

About the location
Oamaru is the largest town in the Waitaki region, and lies on the coast. Oamaru has the highest number of preserved and protected heritage buildings in New Zealand, designed by a number of renowned architects, and built from local limestone, which is known worldwide as Oamaru Stone. The harbour at Oamaru is also of interest to visitors, as the only intact Victorian harbour in the country, and another popular attraction is the Oamaru Blue Penguin Colony, and the Bushy Beach penguin colony, where the rare yellow eyed penguin comes ashore each night to nest.
