Some things to point out here. This guest had booked four nights at Beach Hop - the four day Americana and Hot Rod Show that is the busiest weekend of the year in Whangamata. At the last minute extra work commitments came this guest's way, and he contacted BachCare to see if he could shorten his stay to two nights. BachCare quite rightly denied his request as it was well outside the terms and conditions, for obvious reasons. The chances of finding another guest booking for two nights of Beach Hop at the 11th hour are basically nil. So, having failed to offload his problem on to myself and BachCare he arrived with an attitude and maintained it for his shortened stay, venting his displeasure via feedback. The listing clearly mentions the possibility of people staying upstairs. I was there by myself and was extremely quiet at all times, as I always am when there are guests downstairs. As for the "Bed & Breakfast" remark, I haven't the faintest idea what that means. I do hope he feels better after telling his little tale.
