Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This Raglan waterfront holiday home is well suited for families, and couples holidaying together, sleeping up to 6 people across two bedrooms plus an externally accessed sleepout. Bedroom one and two offer a queen bed in each, and the sleepout is perfect for another two guests with a queen bed. There is plenty of space for your group to relax inside, on the spacious desk, or head out for a game of backyard cricket on the lawn. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the deck as you sip, or wander down the lawn to the water's edge and swim, kayak, or fish from the private jetty. Waterfront Bach is a 2-minute walk to the local store which serves up outstanding pizza, gelato and coffee! The quirky and laidback township of Raglan is a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive. Surfers will love the West Coast location, with patrolled Ngarunui beach and world famous surfing spots Whale Bay and Manu Bay just 5-10 minutes away by car. Location, location, location meets relaxation at this Raglan Waterfront Bach!

As there is a section of the deck where the barrier is under 1 metre, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.

As the property has unfenced access to the water, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

There is no internal access between the main house and the sleepout (Bedroom 3). The sleepout is accessed via the external stairs only as shown in the photos.

About the location

Just a 40 minute drive West of Hamilton, this surfer's paradise has a truly relaxed vibe, full of quirkiness and character. For surf fanatics, Manu Bay is renowned to possess the longest, most consistent left hand break in the world. But Raglan itself is also a haven for paddleboarders, swimmers and kayakers. If staying on land is your preference, Bridal Veil Falls is a quick trip away, or for a more challenging adventure, you can climb to the top of Mount Karioi or explore the Te Toto Gorge Track.
