Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the “Bach Cares Britten Stables Promotion” (“The Competition”) run by Bachcare Limited (“Bachcare”).
By entering The Competition, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
The Competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees or contractors of Bachcare and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of The Competition.
The Competition prize is a two night stay at The Britten Stables for a maximum of 8 people. This must be redeemed between 01.06.2020 and 31.08.2020, excluding school holidays. The accommodation booking is to be made via Bachcare’s online holiday homes booking site (@ www.bachcare.co.nz) (“The Website”). The prize does not include travel costs or methods to Christchurch to redeem the stay at Britten Stables.
The competition prize also includes a Go Rentals Toyota CHR or similar (two vehicles will be provided if needed for the number of guests attending) for the duration of the 2 night stay. The prize is only valid for redemption at the Christchurch Go Rentals branch. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemable for cash. Bookings are subject to availability and the winner must provide the promoter (GO Rentals) with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before intending to pick-up the Prize. The prize must be taken by the winner before 31.08.2020. If the prize has not been claimed by the date, the prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for all insurance costs and other costs that may be associated with the prize. The winner may choose to extend the hire period of the prize at their own cost. The winner must abide by all GO Rentals standard terms and conditions.
Bachcare reserves the right to alter or amend the method of entry or The Competition at any time.
Method of entry: You may enter The Competition by completing each and all of these actions: like Bachcare Holiday Home’s Facebook page, tag someone on The Competition Facebook post and share The Competition Facebook post. You may also enter by completing each of these actions: follow Bachcare Holiday Home’s Instagram account, tag someone on The Competition Instagram post and share The Competition Instagram post.
To enter The Competition, the method of entry described above must be completed between 00.01 11/05/2020 and 23.59 24/05/2020.
The winner will be selected by a panel and contacted by phone or email. Winners must claim their prize within 5 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected.
No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Bachcare’s decision on the winner is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner must provide satisfactory proof of identity upon request.
Bachcare is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce satisfactory identification when claiming a prize.
Bachcare will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and/or expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition.
Bachcare reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
The two nights of accommodation is subject to Bachcare’s guest Terms and conditions.
The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
Accepting the prize constitutes your consent to our use of your name and city/town of residence and, if requested by Bachcare, to be interviewed and/or photographed (without compensation) by us (or one of our representatives) for publicity purposes. Such publicity may be undertaken by us on our Website and/or social media channels.
By entering The Competition you consent to the personal information that you provide for the purposes of The Competition to be used by us to send you sales and marketing information about our products and services. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive sales and marketing information from us, you can unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe facility on any email messages we send to you.
